Twitter client for Windows 7 or 8.1

I know some people prefer to use a Twitter client for Windows, versus via the browser.
Currently, I'm testing TweetDeck. And, I've been messing with HootSuite, via Google Chrome plug in, too.

Any other recommendations, from people that use a Twitter client for Windows (7 or 8.1)?

PS: I searched for an answer to this question, prior to asking. Albeit, most threads and posts seem to be related to Twitter apps for iOS, etc.

Perhaps the folks at Windows Central might have some suggestions on computer apps...
