Tweet from notification center not working

Ok, I can tweet from notification center. But if I use an emoji I get an error and can't send a tweet

I am assuming it's a bug. I just tried to do the same thing after reading your post and also got an error, but as soon as I removed the emoji, the tweet was sent.
