Tweak required for App Switch !!

I have an iPhone 4, upgraded to iOS 6.1 and jailbroken. Is there any tweak available which could bring running apps or the app switch in the notification center ?

BatteryDoctorPro. Type "BatteryDoctorPro" in Cydia then hit search. It does have Chinese in front of it, but it is in English.
