Trying to install on wifes ipad

I did ota update of my ipad 3 and iphone 5 with no issues. My wifes ipad 4 is on 6.1.3 and says there is no update. Itunes is on 11.0.5 and says there is no update. Anyone know what to do with this? Her iphone 4 is also on 6.1.3 and wont update either.

Keep trying. I had these same issues and eventually the iTunes update on my computer as well as the OTA update on my iPhone 5 went through.
