So I know “Verizon” iPhones are actually just unlocked and will work anywhere. But what about “AT&T” iPhones? Will it work every where? Is it unlocked? Thanks guys.

Nope. ATT phones only has the GSM antenna, it doesn’t have the CDMA antenna.

If you’re going to pay outright, I recommend you buy an iPhone from Verizon without having them activate it or buy directly from Apple.
