On a Windows 10 PC in iTunes 12.3.1.23 I am trying to download purchased music albums.
I initially sign in to iTunes with my Apple ID just fine. But when I click the download icon on any album the "Sign In to the iTunes Store" window keeps popping up. I carefully enter my password and it just pops right back up. Have tried multiple times with no luck.
Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
