Trouble redownloading previously purchased digital magazines on new iPad

Have successfully downloaded all other apps from iCloud backup but have been unable to download previously purchased copies of a magazine published by Odyssey Magazines. The app icon for this magazine is in the Newsstand not on the iPad screen with all the other app icons- would this make a difference? The app icon also doesn't appear in the App Store list of purchased Apps.

It should be under https://itunes.apple.com/us/artist/cricket-magazine-group-ethervision/id392049883?at=10l3Vy in the AppStore... try downloading via iTunes on computer - then sync to your iPad.
