Trouble posting photo from phone to blog

Greetings! I'm a new member here and apologize in advance if this topic has already been covered numerous times. (I tried doing a search of the forums but could only find a search box for the iPhone blog itself).

I am trying to set up posting through my iPhone to a couple of my blogs. I manage to upload the text to a post just fine, but when I try sending a photo through email, all I get in the post is a little box with a question mark in it. If I send text through on the same email, the text comes through, but the photo is just the little box.

I am using Safari on a MacBook, and I am selecting a photo in my camera roll on my phone and sending it to the same blogger email address I send the text.

If anyone has any suggestions on what might be going wrong on emailing the photos, I'd really appreciate the help.

If you're on the computer, wouldn't it just be easier to sync your photos first, and then upload them to the blog?

Yes, it's easier to post directly to the blog from the computer, but I'm trying to set up mobile posting from my phone so I can update my teaching blog from the classroom (this has turned out to be very useful) and post to my personal blog while I am on the road.

In any case, I fixed the problem. It seems that the blogger feature wouldn't recognize the photos if sent from my yahoo address, so I had to create a gmail address and change the phone settings so that it would send the email from that.

Not a big problem, since I'll just leave the phone on that setting and probably won't use the gmail address for anything else.
