Tried restoring to stop phone from shutting off. Can’t find passwords.

I was using Password Box then Truekey til I lost all my pswds & I decide to use the local keeper. I can’t get my email after a restore and I went to re- enter my password and there are no passwords except my Twitter I entered from memory. What have I done wrong? *

Yes that’s it yes! I recently started using it. I was using Truekey until they screwed me!
