Transition screen graphical glitch

Man this is literally driving me nuts.. Can anyone else confirm (kinda takes a quick eye for detail) that if you're in an app like safari or Facebook, and you get a message and tap it to go into the messages app there is like a transition graphics glitch.. Please let me know!

Can't replicate. If you think your phone has an issue, demonstrate it to an Apple Genius at a store.
