Transferring Video Problems

When I transfer my videos from my iPhone to my Mac it looks distorted and huge. How do I fix this?

Distorted and huge? What do you mean? It is going to look huge because it's 1080p (1920x1080 resolution when viewed). That is normal. It will take up most of your Mac's display when viewed.
