Transferring Photos & Videos

I'm having an issue with my phone and the solution is to restore it to factory settings. After I restore from original, I cannot restore from back up, as that will put the problem back on my phone. Is there a way that I can transfer my camera roll (pictures and videos) back onto my phone. I'm a little OCD and really want my camera roll to be the same once I restore. The only solution I've found is to transfer the photos back onto my phone, and add my videos through the video player, but I'd really like for it to go back into the camera roll. Any ideas on how to do this?

You can use an app like PhotoSync. I use it everyday and love it. Once you restore the phone you can either use the Mac app if that is your OS or you can use the web transfer option in the app.

My wife got a new iPhone4 and I used that method to get all the old video and pictures from her old phone into the camera roll on the new iPhone.
