transferred photos from mac to iPhone, how to save album to camera roll

I've transferred my photos from my mac to my iPhone. The folder I created to download the photo to my iPhone are in a album. How do I save the album to my camera roll.

Unless I misread your post, the pics should already be in your camera roll unless you transferred the pics to you iCloud Drive.
