Transfer Voice Notes to flash?

Myself and a coworker are in a phlebotomy class together through our local college and it's one of those "you miss one, you're lost forever" classes. My coworker asked me to voice record the class because she's sick.

I know all I have to do is voice record with the built in app, but after that I'm not sure how to get it to her? It's a two hour class and I was thinking maybe somehow get it off the phone and into a thumb drive?

I distinctly remember this being a bit easier with Android.

If you use a third party app, you'll have control over uploading to a cloud storage or your own computer. I use VRP 7.
