Transfer videos back to iPhone

So, I had my iPhone 4 connected to my computer and pulled the pictures and video off of it. I did this by accessing it as an external device on my computer. I would like to move those videos back for editing, but it's not allowing me. Does anyone know how I may move them back over so I may edit them in iMovie?

With your phone connected to iTunes go to photos and select the "include videos" and also select a folder that these videos are in and press sync.

I managed to sync the videos back over, but I don't have the rights to trim or edit them... Does my iPhone think that they are some foreign video now and shouldn't be touched??? This is frustrating.

Pardon the last comment. I rebooted my iPhone and the problem with editing went away. Thanks for the help!
