Transfer stuff from my iPhone 5 to iPhone 6 without iTunes/iCloud?

I'm wondering if someone know a software so I can transfer my contacts, notes, safari favorites, messages & photos from my iPhone 5 to my new iPhone 6 without having to use iTunes or iCloud?

Some 3rd party cell phone repair places might have a CellBrite or similar device that can transfer most content...other than that, without iTuns or iCloud, there's no way.
