transfer photos

how do you transfer photos from the iphone 4 in to itunes or onto your computer.I can sinc photos from the comp. into itunes but i would like to do it the other way also. please tell me how its done. ty.

Mac? If so...iPhoto.

PC? Ignore iTunes when it opens, go to "My Computer" or whatever its called, you should see your device under devices heading, then you click the DCIM folder, and one of them in there should have all your pics...highlight and drag to pictures.
