Transfer music from Iphone to PC directly

Hi !
How could I transfer mp3 files from my iPhone SE device (IOS9) to a Windows PC,
without iTunes or any external application ?
I'd like to have my music on a company PC, where I cannot install any software whatsoever.

In order for the company PC to recognize your iPhone SE it needs to have iTunes installed.

If your company has disabled or not allowed you to install any unauthorized software, you're out of luck.
