Track grayed out on album that has been released?

I am confronted by a weird situation.

On an album that has been released last Friday, the 11th, one track has been greyed out after release date.

I wonder if anyone else has ever noticed this before on a album that has been released.
I understand that it may be a licensing issue but, the album is complete on Spotify.
Would this mean that there is another licensing deal with Spotify than with Apple Music?

Is this the policy of the record company? Is it a mistake? Will the track be available on a later date?

I don't see it "greyed out" in the iTunes Store.

Oh yes. Deals are different country by country sometimes at the song level.

I would have switched to the US store a long time ago because of this. But I can't since not all Dutch apps are available over there.

I even have 3 different iTunes accounts because the U.S and Turkish stores have a few apps I need, but switching accounts has been made difficult since Music has been out.

I solved the problem by uploading the album to iCloud Music.

iCloud Music uploaded the sleeve and 'Cast The First Stone.'

Tomorrow IOS 9 and with that we can upload 100.000 tracks! Whoooo!!
