Recently recieved a iphone 5s as a present
it is running ios 9.1

Phone runs perfectly fine apart from after ive locked the phone.

When unlocking the phone using fingerprint or keycode the touch screen becomes unresponsive, i have to press the sleep/wake button again dimming the screen then a third time, then i can finally unlock the phone using fingerprint or key code

I have restored the phone through device and itunes
updated os to 9.2 then back down to 9.1
still no luck?!

ive done alot research and im guessing it may be a possible firmware/app issue? maybe a apple app? Apple hasnt helped me much soo please help!!!
