Tomtom crashes on iphone 5s

Hello,

my boss has a problem with his Tomtom app on his iPhone 5s.
it constantly crashes on his Phone.

i've said to him he must delete the app and then reinstall it on his Phone, so he did what i said and still the app craches.

anyone who can help me with this
