Not from pre-order. When the 5S launched, there was no pre-order, but I managed to get one at a local AT&T store.

I preordered the Galaxy S6 Edge+ from AT&T Premiere website and it actually came several days before the official launch date. I don't use AT&T to buy iPhone's though... I always stick with Apple.

I preordered my 4 through AT&T and got it a day early. I got my 3Gs a day early too, but I don't think they did preorders for it, I was just lucky.
