Started up TU and it basically said about killing PID 1644

I killed it and tried again and now it's come up with a slightly different error, but still stating the PID 1644

And then I did the netstat command and found 1644 listening on port 80 but in the IP column it was 0.0.0.0, which doesnt seem right, I killed the other PID associated with port 80, and then tried to kill PID1644 again but it says it cannot find it?

Any ideas?

BTW I'm using Windows 7.
