Apple does not make or currently provide what you're seeking, but you can double-check via the following link.
Power & Cables - All Accessories - Apple
You can also use their compatibility tool, but when I put in thunderbolt/thunderbolt 2 to USB-c, the result was zero. You may have to see assistance from Belkin's website or another accessory based site.
