Settings → General → About....then scroll down to the IMEI section.

You won’t be able to get past the lock screen of the special firmware on demo iPhones, which makes them useless outside the Apple Store. I am trying to get an understanding of why the author included demo iPhones with the article, unless maybe the author was trying to aid thieves? Even giving hope and encouragement that demo phones are worth stealing?

Oh I’m sorry. I thought you were looking for the section where the IMEI was displayed in Settings.
