Themes & ios7

I cannot seem to find any themes that can be used on ios7. Am I doing something wrong or is there something in the os that is preventing themes?

I've found a couple things but they are super hard to come across. I've had to Google quite a bit too. Rocketsauce HD is pretty good. I recommend an app called IconOmatic too.

There are many many themes out now for ios7. 2 of my favorites are ERA and Ezra
