A different take on the LS Frost lock screen theme I uploaded a couple of days ago. Bundled with ClearHighNotifications for clear lock screen notification alerts and secondary notifications moved to the top of your screen.

Also needed from Cydia: Lockscreen Clock Hide and NoLockNotificationsBG (which makes the secondary notifications transparent).

ClearHighNotifications by me; if you'd like that without the lockscreen theme visit this thread.
Installation Notes:
How to Change the Weather Location: Open LockBackground.html and scroll down to the line beginning with var locale=' and change your location there. I have the default set to Ann Arbor, Michigan
Modifying this theme: Do whatever you want to modify this theme, I just ask that if you release your own version, please credit the original artist whose element/s you may have utilized.
How to move the overlay and its contents around the screen (borrowed from d0ink @macthemes): 1. Open up OverlayHD.png in Photoshop or some type of editing program. 2. Move the transparent Overlay to your liking and save the .png file. 3. Now open up LockBackground.html with Wordpad and search for the following strings, below I have explained what is what.
Edit the TOP value's to move it up/down:
