The Screen Time notifications stopped suddenly. Why?

This is about how to receive screen time notifications. Because even if I used to receive them now I don't. It stopped suddenly. I couldn't recall when is exactly. But it's falling like a month and a half or something. I do not need them actually. But I like to know how this stopped suddenly. I checked the notification tab and the screen time notifications are turned on. (iOS 12)
Does anyone experience this or any idea why is this happening?

You may want to toggle the notifications off and then back on. Once you’ve done that, reset your preferences. If that doesn’t help, I would contact Apple Support.

Go to Settings>Screen Time and scroll to the bottom and see if it’s Toggled on
