The Remind Me Icon on iPhone 6 Plus Has Disappeared.

The 'remind me' icon on the iPhone 6 Plus calling screen has disappeared and I want it back. How do I get it back?

I tried a soft reset with the home and sleep buttons and also a hard reset going through the settings and doing a reset on all settings. Still same problem. No 'remind me' icon on calling screen.

Is that all that's missing? Does the "message" icon on the right show?
First try a hard reset.
Hold the top or side power/sleep button and the home button at the same time until the Apple logo appears, then release.

That doesn't work, try Reset All Settings.
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.
