Folks,
Over the years, in an effort to find a good Apple Lightning cord, I have tried MANY cords. As many of us know, the original cord, that comes with our devices, wears out quickly. While initially I liked and was using an Amazon Basics lightning cord, a recent design change has made them less reliable.
Well I think I have found the perfect lightning cord from Aukey. I already know the Aukey brand, and have been using their power products for years. (Hubs, chargers, external batteries, etc), BUT I just discovered their lightning cables.
The cable has a great design. It's made from braided nylon, and the ends are reinforced with strong metal. The ends are also on a 90 degree angle, and this makes them plug in easier, has enhanced stability, AND make the device (especially an iPad) much easier to use with the cord plugged in. I had no issues with cord use, as is SOMETIMES the case with 3rd party cords. I did not receive the dreaded "This Cable is Not Certified and May Not Work Reliably" message.
I can definitely recommend this lightning cable! You'll find it at Amazon....
