Haha it's the eclipse tweak, it makes your UI system wide black/dark.
For iOS 8 search in Cydia to: Eclipse 2
The plugin cost 1 euro, in iOS 8 is it not yet possible to pay for tweaks so you should get it free by adding this repo: ( repo.biteyourapple.net ) .
And then you search 'eclipse 2' than you see another version that is free.

Has anyone tried this new "TouchPal" keyboard update. They added a couple more keyboard colors and the ability to use photo/wallpaper behind the keyboard. I think it's pretty KOOL
