Temporary blocked messaging due to too many messages

I had too many messages with one friend, therefore I am temporary blocked, but NOT by that friend. When does the temporary block of messaging expires?

From what I understand you were possibly blocked by that person rather than there being a temporary block. You won't receive any notification that you were block other than your texts not being delivered/responded to. The person will need to unblock you before being able to have your texts be received again.
