Temperature monitoring app

This would obviously require hardware as well as an app, but I'm looking for the ability to measure the temperature inside and outside my home and be able to pull it up on my iPhone. They make wireless probes you can set outside that transmit to a receiver indoors; does anyone know of one that's WiFi-capable and possibly run by an iPhone app? I'm not looking for any of those whole-home systems, just a temperature probe that's accessible from my phone.
