Task Manager or App to show RAM & Memory?

I guess this is a longshot not having ventured down the JB route, but I was wondering if anyone has come across an iPhone app which shows system info such as memory, RAM etc?

Try iStat on the app store. There are probably half a dozen more that may fit your needs. iStat is 0.99 today.

I use sbsetting to display my phones free memory on the status bar next to the clock.

Sysinfoplus is a nice app for the iPhone which shows various information and system status such as system information, process status, memory status, disk space,network routing tables.

The best app on the app store for this is AppSwitch and thanks to multitasking you can moniter and kill apps. Check it out. AppSwitch for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store
and you can switch to applications within the app itself.

I agree. I also use SBSettings for this as well, but you have to be jailbroken to have it.
