T Mobile 6 Plus FaceTime iPhone cellular call setting.

My buddy just switched from a Galaxy 5 to 6 Plus on T Mo.
I not seeing the setting for iPhone cellular calls in FaceTime on his 6 Plus.
He already has a MacBook Pro, iMac and iPad Air and wants to do phone calls on those devices via continuity.
I have a Sprint 6 Plus but not seeing this on his T Mo 6 Plus.

Check under the cellular settings and make sure he has toggled on.
