system overhaul - rmbp, iPad4, iP4 x2 -> iP6 x2

Hello everyone,

In our household (couple) our setup is dated due to our iPhone 4's holding us back and neglect.

It is currently running on 1* apple ID and 2* iCloud Acc's to enable access to purchased apps before family sharing.
I have a rmbp and iP4 on one Acc and GF has iPad 4 and iP4 on the other.

Since upgrading to iP6s*2, I would like to give our setup a complete overhaul.

On my rmbp, I would like to create 3*User Acc's ; BF, GF and Admin.
Separate 2*apple ID and 2*iCloud Acc's.
And use the iPad as a communal device.

I would really appreciate any advice, thoughts and criticisms regarding this.

1. Separate apple ID's and iCloud - Am I right in thinking GF will
already have an apple ID using her iCloud?

2. Communal iPad - Is it advisable to create new apple ID and iCloud
for this device and use family sharing?

Re the communal iPad... no need for a 3rd AppleID - just use FamilyShare.
