Syncing my outlook calendar to iphone

I downloaded the outlook mail to my computer and I use the calendar on there. But I want to merge that calendar with my iphone. how do I do that?

If you can not connect to the account your Outlook calendar is linked to from the iPhone directly, then you will need to use iTunes to sync the calendar to the iPhone.
