I have the latest operating system, Mojave currently on my Mac, and my iPhone has the latest update 12.1.1

My faces are not syncing between the two devices...any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have the iPhone X or later device? If so, Face ID only works on your mobile device.

You can't sync watch faces to your Mac.

What other face are you using?

The OP, I believe, is referring to the Photos app’s ability to recognize faces.

I assume both devices are using the same iCloud ID and passcode. On your iPhone, initiate the Photos app and then select “Albums”.

After that, select “People and Places”. If you get a prompt similar stating that X number of photos scanned, and to finish scanning, lock your phone and connect it to a power source then that may be why the faces haven’t synced between your devices.
