Syncing contacts with Honda Accord 2016 Phone System

I have a Honda Accord 2016 which I had no problem syncing my iPhone 8 Plus contacts with it till I updated my iPhone to iOS 11. After updating to iOS 11 I was unable to sync the contacts at all. I tried every solution on Internet to fix it but at last I gave up. Recently I noticed that after updating to the most recent iPhone update (11.3.1) just 58 out of more than 400 of my contacts are synced with my car phone system. Again I tried every trick (un-pairing & removing my iPhone from the car USB list, restarting my iPhone, checking sync setting on iPhone, etc.) to find and solve this new problem but unsuccessful. Please somebody give me an explanation and maybe a solution

Mine did not. But the update to 11 was ready to be installed. I bought mine at the mall on release day.
