Syncing another Iphone with my itune

Hi, I just bought another Iphone from ebay and want to keep all the apps and musics from this phone and sync with me itune but when I sync to my itune it wants to erase it. How do I go about doing this or is this possible at all? Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

It should copy the apps over but it will erase the music. It will not copy the music from the iPhone to iTunes.

If you just want to keep the music on the iPhone, make sure you go to the summary tab in iTunes ( when the iPhone is connected ) and check the box that reads "Manually manage music and videos"

Don't forget that the apps on there are registered to someone else, so if there is an update, you won't be able to get the update with the owner's iTunes password...which you probably don't have.
