Sync other mail folders

Is there anyway to always keep more then just the inbox in sync with an exchange email account?

I know you can manually go to that folder and it will sync up but if you have lots of things in there it can take a long time.

Not that I know of, but 99% of the time I just look at the inbox so haven't really looked into it either.

I don't think there is any other way to do it besides checking each folder.

That is what I thought. Not a big deal when you are on wifi but if you need to look at something in another folder and you are on 3G or worse Edge it can be impossible.
