Switching to other country apple store - relocating? Pls help

How to keep my old apps (bought in country A) in iPhone/iTunes - after relocating from country A to B.
Plus - i'd like to switch my apple account into country B, from now on ...

You won't be able to switch them, but you can have multiple country accounts.
