My SIL switched cell phone companies. Apple set it all up for her ;(2 hours on the phone). Some of her contacts with the same first name have synced together -I.e. Jane Doe and Jane Smith. Jane Smith is no longer in the contacts list, but her info comes up under Jane Doe. Jane Doe has contact info for both Janes. She has tried adding Jane Smith in but it keeps reverting to Jane Doe. Any ideas on how to fix this?
