Switched from 4s to 5 and notifications won't work

Hey everyone, I switched from the 4s to the 5 but my boxcar, groupon, and other apps wont push notifications. When I bought the 5, I was still receiving these updates since I did not wipe my 4s until I made sure all data was transferred. Can anyone help me out? Thanks in advance...

Have you checked the settings to make sure the push notifications were activated on your iPhone 5? Have to checked to see if push notifications are active period?

Yes, I am getting my texts, and so forth. I began to use my Iphone 5, and had my 4s on airplane and WiFi, so as I was able to use the 5, my 4s was receiving my Sports updates, groupon deals etc. I factory reset the 4s last night, but as of today I still have not been able to receive anything...

I would restore and reload from iCloud if that don't work i would set up as new

So I have wiped and reset my 4s, nothing is on it now, as it if it was when you buy it new. So should I back up my 5, and than restore and reload my last back up from ICloud?

Sometimes it's as simple as logging back into those apps. I had a similar issue with my Chase app.

That's what I would try
