After more than 15 years covering everything Apple, it’s with a heavy heart we announce that we will no longer be publishing new content on iMore and the iMore forums will be closing as of November 1st, 2024.
Maybe this summer, I will attempt to figure this out... or at least begin to understand it all. Every time I read about shortcuts, I realize that I'm missing out on a really good thing. I have a couple that I got from somewhere and use somewhat regularly, but to be completely honest, I barely remember to use them, or where I even got them from! :cant-watch:

Some of my older and new Shortcuts don't work. I get messages that tell me I have to do certain things. And I have no clue what it's talking about, or how to do it.
I wish Apple would include Shortcuts "how-tos" in their Today at Apple sessions!
I created a shortcut that speaks my battery percentage whenever I plug in or unplug my iPad into or from a power source. I also have the shortcut on my iPhone. It is quite useful to me.
