Stuck on White screen with click to upgrade being displayed. What do I do?

Stuck on White screen with click to upgrade being displayed.

I tried to update to ISO 9, it downloaded but when restarting crashed and is now stuck on a white screen with cluck to upgrade showing but it Wong let me swipe it do anything but turn it off by holding the sleep and home button. I have connected to iTunes to restore but coming up with error??

You need to do a DFU restore via iTunes, and that should alleviate the issue.
