Stuck in vision impaired mode!

My phone is stuck in vision impaired mode I think. It appears locked up. Every title and action is spoken and I can't scroll to General, Settings, Accessibility to change it back (if that's what it is). Help!

Have you tried to restart it? Hold down the home button and the power button at the same time to do a full restart and see of you can get there after that.

That was funny, good one. I figured it out. Have to push the home button 3 times quickly. FYI in case anyone else has the problem.
