So I now have 3 cases. The Apple Leather Case, Spigen Thin Fit and Incipio DualPro Classic. Of the 3 I actually prefer the $13 Incipio. It fits perfectly, offers decent protection and the hard shell has just the right amount of texture. It’s a steal at 13 bucks.
I've liked those over time but not the corner tabs newer ones have.
Have you tried a OtterBox defender series case? For years I never tried one so when I got my note 20 I picked one up and loved it also got one for my mini who's makes it a great feel in my hand.
As a general rule I can't stand stuff from that brand and for the bigger 12s then still seem like ugly hunks of plastic.
Yeah, I'm fussy on cases. At work I get them in volume. The power that's come to a few mobile apps - Meraki, Microsoft cloud (365, Azure), Teams, mapping app I use - mean I use my phone a lot. Our physical work sites have a big pandemic safety element so now the ease of cleaning is also an issue. That's made smooth and washable more important.
In the past DTTO and Ringke have had great modestly priced cases. My hope is they'll fix the horribly wrong molding from the ones I returned but it's fun seeing what else is out there. It's a surprise at how much more I like the new Apple silicone cases over the old ones.
Thanks all for the input. I can keep at this first word problem when on hold as I am for the moment.
