Stop Autoplay in Videos?

Does anyone know how to turn off chain Autoplay in the Videos app? I fell asleep one night with a show running on my phone and I woke up to nearly full storage as it streamed (and buffered) the next four episodes while I slept. I can see where this works for AppleTV on Netflix (interestingly, it does not chain play episodes on AppleTV, only on the iPhone or iPad), but there is no reason to chain Autoplay on a handheld device.

Set an alarm in the Clock app to remind you to turn the video off.

Yeah, I was afraid it was a "feature not a bug." Still pretty annoying. I suppose, if they could ever fix the bug where the streaming video cache never clears, then this would become a non-issue, but until then i have to be really careful when watching a video.
