Stop Apple Music From Launching

Is there a way to stop Apple Music from launching and not play music whenever it connects to my Cars Bluetooth or any Bluetooth speaker?

For the car stereo, put it on something other than Bluetooth, for example on Radio or USB input.
There is no other solution.

Well, it's possible that the car stereo system has a setting that prevents it. It's up to the bluetooth system how this works, not the iOS device.

I had this issue with CarPlay for a while and I just decided to remove Bluetooth as a connection and always plug in. It sucks that there is no way to turn this off.

You should be able to go to the Bluetooth settings on your car to select which iPhone services you require. I have my phone calls only to come over the loudspeaker.
